The Student Engagement Framework is designed for real-world execution with the tools and templates to show you how to ensure your students actually experience your desired future state design. Said another way, student journey mapping is the what and when, while the Student Engagement Framework is the who, what, when, where, why, and how. The framework can be leveraged at any time whether you have completed student journey mapping previously, or not.
